Positive: Sehr zentral in der Altstadt und fußläufig zur Karlsbrücke.
Negative: 4.Stock ohne Fahrstuhl… wussten wir vorher und führt dazu, dass man selten noch einmal zusätzlich vor die Tür geht jedoch ebenso zu einer guten Nachtruhe.
